I am writing in response to Ms. Kristina Djaja's letter of May 27. On behalf of the management of Hotel President, I would like to convey that the said case happened in June last year.

We have already met Ms. Kristina Djaja and settled the problem completely. Both parties agreed to close the case, which means that the letter from Ms. Kristina is fully addressed to Bank Bali.
