Bank Bali credit card

I would like to thank Ms. Dwi Ria Latifa for her comment (March 27, 1997) about the radio commercial of Bali Kredit Serba Guna (BKSG).

As the copywriter, I'd like to make a few points:

1. In advertising, there is a radio commercial writing technique known as humor. Humor sometimes involves fantasy scenarios. Humor requires certain characters and settings. The BKSG was one of these so called humorous commercials.

2. Why did we choose a prosecuting attorney? Because a prosecuting attorney is perceived as being reliable, worthy of respect, and having an authoritative bearing and broad perspective on life. This "positive" image of prosecuting attorney is joined with BKSG which is also "positive" -- responsible, reliable, and intelligent.

3. Prosecuting attorneys are still perceived as being worthy of respect, reliable, possessing authority and a broad perspective on life.

The BKSG commercial is merely a piece of creative work that was not meant to be an insult to any profession. However, if the commercial has hurt Ms. Dwi Ria Latifa's feelings, please accept my sincere apology
