AXA pays my claim

I would like to make a short final response on the "AXA clarifies" letter of Nov. 19. Readers may have had the impression that AXA did not increase my premium from 1.2 percent to 1.9 percent, as mentioned in my previous letter.

The letter announcing this, written by Mr. Zulfahmi, is still in my hand as proof. But, after I complained, AXA reduced their increase to 1.3 percent and on Nov. 19 they had already paid the full amount of my claim, which I of course do appreciate greatly for their intention to solve problems.
