Attention to PO

In June, 1994, I ordered some books from Longman Publisher in England. In July, I was informed that the books had been dispatched on July 11.

In August, suspicions of having lost my books were aroused. I asked the representative of Longman Publisher in Indonesia about the fate of my books. They told me to ask at the West Jakarta Post Office in Fatahilah first before asking at the Central West Jakarta Post Office. I immediately did as I was told. A man there told me that it was difficult to trace them, both in this branch office and the Central Post Office because I had the books sent by airmail instead of registered airmail.

Up to now I still have not received my books. I need them desperately. What has happened to my books?
