Asking for aid

I am sending with this letter two pictures of an Irianese boy,
Momenda Siap. Nomenda is very sick -- he has mitral heart valve
failure -- and is at present being looked after by a British lady
in Irian Jaya, Sue Trenier.

Nomenda's heart problem cannot be treated in Irian Jaya. He
must come to Jakarta or maybe even Australia in order to get
proper medical attention. Without it, he will die, possibly
within months. I hope that you may be able to give some publicity
to Nomenda's case and that one or more of your readers may be
able to help him to receive the treatment he needs.
