ASEAN photo expo at Pasarraya

JAKARTA (JP): The ASEAN Secretariat is organizing a photo
exhibition from Aug. 25 through Sept. 3 on the ninth floor of the
Pasarraya Grande department store in Blok M, South Jakarta.

The exhibition features 184 winning national photographs from
10 ASEAN member countries.

Twelve photos from Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand were
announced as regional winners

The event is being held in conjunction with the anniversary of
ASEAN, which was founded on Aug. 8, 1967, the Independence Day of
Singapore on Aug. 9, the Independence Day of Indonesia on Aug. 17
and Malaysia's Independence Day on Aug. 31.
