This is a letter written to express appreciation for The Jakarta Post for publishing various remarkable articles regarding India which were highly informative and appealing.

The data with facts and figures concerning India's background including its social, political, cultural and financial status was very educational. Some of the facts were even new to the people belonging to the country with special mention to the People section and the article on the Indian caste system. I would like to express my gratitude to this newspaper for introducing this particular subject and enlightening us about the fundamentals and roots of our country; which in my opinion is highly essential for any responsible citizen.
