Armed men rob supermarket

BOGOR (JP): Over 10 armed men robbed a supermarket on Jl. Raya Ciomas, Pasir Kuda village, Bogor, on Monday before dawn and escaped with a cash box, three computers and a television.

Adelah Afandi, 42, the supermarket owner, told the West Bogor police that the incident happened at about 3 a.m. The robbers, armed with pistols, arrived in two minivans and several of them tackled the two security guards at gunpoint, Bayu, 35, and Iman, 22, who did not resist.

Adelah said that he did not know the exact amount of money in the cash box, where he kept his promissory notes. (21)
