Appeal to travelers

As the Christmas and Idul Fitri holidays will soon be upon us
we felt it important to warn all passengers heading to Soekarno-
Hatta International Airport to give themselves ample time this
year. This should include time for possible delays on the toll
road due to construction work or flooding, time should be
allocated also for all passengers to complete all formalities
whilst at the airport, including security checks, fiscal payment,
free fiscal applications and immigration clearance.

Whilst we the airlines will do all possible to ensure smooth
passenger handling during this peak period it is the passengers'
responsibility to ensure their travel documents are in order and
thereby avoid the disappointment watching their flight leaving
without them due to lack of time for the above mentioned items.

Your understanding in these matters is appreciated and will
help everyone to enjoy this holiday season.
