Another corpse of RI worker sent home

MEDAN, North Sumatra: The remains of another Indonesian migrant worker arrived in Medan airport on Friday, adding one more to the number of Indonesian workers killed in the neighboring country of Malaysia.

Sakrishadi, a forensic expert at Pirngadi Hospital in Medan, revealed later on the same day that he found scars on the body of victim Armando Sembiring, 19, which seemed to indicate that was tortured before he died.

Sakrishadi added that Armando, the Brastagi resident, might have died a week ago, as his corpse was well into the decomposition process when it reached Medan. The arrival of the corpse followed the arrival of the remains of another RI migrant worker, Fatimah, three days ago in Medan. -- JP
