An historic decision

The decision of the (Islamic Conference) Organization's contact group to ignore the arms embargo on Bosnia in order to enable its people to defend themselves was an historic decision that came to reflect a strong Islamic stance.

That decision certainly contrasted with decisions made at the London conference, which was described by Egypt as "half solutions" and "partial resolutions" that did not address the situation in its entirety.

Those decisions (of Western nations) spoke only of confronting Serbs to prevent their aggression on the area of Gorazde, but did not mention the other "safe havens" whose fall to the Serbs means the practical implementation of the plan to divide up and try to eliminate the republic of Bosnian-Herzegovina.

Hopefully, these decisions of the Islamic group that have spread relief through the Muslim world would be a prelude to be followed by intensive diplomatic moves by Arab and Muslim nations to get the United Nations Security Council to issue a resolution lifting the arms embargo on Bosnian.
