Amusing piece in 'By the Way'

Thank you, Jak Jaunt, for your highly amusing piece Making The Man Mightier Than The Word in your By The Way column in The Jakarta Post, Sunday, August 6, 1995.

I have clipped out the article and it will probably be found among my possessions when I depart this world.

Mr. Aloysius Haryono and I "reacted to the other's writing" about a year and a half ago (I believe Indonesians are smiling less nowadays, Mr. Haryono rejected that view).

As I do worry about being accused of seeking fame, instead of fun, writing letters to The Jakarta Post, may I be allowed to use a pseudonym in the future? Then I would be following in your footsteps. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Sir!
