American Clubs opens here

JAKARTA (JP): American Clubs International Limited, a hospitality business company, is scheduled to open its newest branch, The Jakarta American Club, soon.

Based in Hong Kong, the Clubs was founded in response to increasing demand for executive clubs in the Pacific Rim region such as the American club Hong Kong, a spokesman for the Jakarta branch said yesterday.

This club, with a capital investment of US$25 million, will be located on the top five floors of the Wisma BNI 46 building on Jl. Jend. Sudirman. American Clubs will also manage the building's business center.

Besides a fitness facility, restaurants for fine or casual dining and other facilities, members will have access to various country clubs around the world. (25)
