AIDS subject of poster contest

JAKARTA: In commemorating International AIDS Day on Dec. 1,
the Indonesian AIDS Foundation is running a three-day poster and
banner competition for high school students at the Bulungan
auditorium, South Jakarta.

As many as 60 high and vocational schools are participating in
the competition, which will last on Friday. The participants are
asked to create catchy slogans or posters to increase HIV and
AIDS awareness.

Their work will be part of a parade on Dec. 1, which will
start from the grounds of the National Museum (Monas) and heads
to TVRI, in Senayan, Central Jakarta.--JP
