Agrakom names commissioners

JAKARTA (JP): Former Astra International chief executive
officer Rini M.S. Soewandi and finance director Dorys Herlambang
have been appointed commissioners of PT Agrakom Multi Citra
Siberkom, a local company that owns news portal www.detik.com.

Agrakom also said on Thursday that analyst Wimar Witoelar and
PT Timah Tbk president Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas had been named
commissioner and chairman of the board of commissioners,
respectively.

The company said the new board of commissioners was approved
during a shareholders meeting on Wednesday.

Agrakom said the meeting had also agreed to establish an
executive committee to be chaired by Rini. The committee will
include Dorys, Agrakom president Abdul Rahman and Agrakom
directors Budiono Darsono, Yayan Sopyan, Didi Nugrahadi and
Nukman Luthfie.

The executive committee's main duty is to implement the
strategies laid out by the board of commissioners.

Founded in 1995, Agrakom specializes in Internet consultancy,
web design, web application development and website maintenance.
