A European-American scheme

Now there is no doubt that denying arms deliveries to the out- gunned and out-numbered Bosnian Moslems is part of a European- American scheme aimed at ensuring that Bosnian Moslems will not have an independent state of their own in the heart of Europe, even if they have the full right to do so.

Whenever a European or non-European state calls for lifting the unjust and illegal arms ban imposed on Bosnia by the United Nations, many other countries, including major powers, step in to block any form of armament to the war-ravaged Bosnian Moslems.

They ostensibly claim that allowing Moslems to have an access to arms may escalate the Balkan conflict and endanger their soldiers, who operate in Bosnia as part of the U.N. Protection Force.

But, in fact, they mean to defend the marauding Serb forces and deny the Moslems their legitimate right to self-defense.

Following the Geneva meeting of the eight-state "contact group" of the Organization of Islamic Conference, Bosnian Foreign Minister Mohamed Sacirbey told reporters that the group decided to consider the international arms ban on Bosnia as de jure invalid for Bosnia.

Hopefully, Islamic states will act according to this declaration in order to rescue Bosnian Moslems, whose plight has proved that the U.N. Charter is nothing but dead ink on paper.
