A disappointment with BMW

Last year, I bought a brand new BMW (3 E-46 series) from a Cilandak Astra dealer. After one and a half years several white spots appeared on the painted surface particularly on the hood, the fender and the trunk.

These spots are where the outer layer of paint has blistered (as if it has oxidized). The spots where the paint has peeled off have damaged the finish of the car body, leaving deep marks. I have complained to Astra and a photograph of the car has been taken twice by Astra/BMW Indonesia but they have not responded to my complaint.

As a consumer, I request both Astra and BMW Indonesia to maintain their commitment to product quality.
