A-Class orders roll in

LONDON: The new Mercedes Benz A-Class is creating a great deal of interest.

It seems there are many people just waiting for a car like the A-Class to come along. Something small, economical and roomy. And even though the car is still 10 months away from launch in Britain, fleet operators specializing in providing late-night transport for big London firms have already ordered several A- Class cars.

The A-Class will be sold in several Asian cities. Already 100,000 Germans have ordered the car and 6,600 people in Britain have also placed orders.
