15 volunteers dispatched to Aceh

KENDARI, Southeast Sulawesi: Southeast Sulawesi government dispatched on Thursday 15 volunteers to the stricken province of Aceh.

Bachrun Lewa, the chief of Southeast Sulawesi's Management Coordination Board, said the volunteers came from various professions and would help evacuate corpses and provide medical services.

The volunteers would be in Aceh for a month, said Bachrun. -- JP
