15 endangered animals seized

BANDUNG: Officials from the Bandung Natural Resources Conservation Body, in cooperation with a local non-governmental organization (NGO), has seized 15 endangered animals from traders between January and early June this year.

Heri Oktavinalis, a staffer at the NGO, said that the animals were confiscated from several traders in Bandung Indah Plaza, Sukahaji market and Bandung Trade Center.

He said that the animals included birds and primates. -- Antara
