100 days program
100 days program
The 100-days program should be aimed at solving the conflict
between public and private firms with new infrastructure rather
than mere corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). My main
concern is Presidential Decision No. 5, Sept. 15, 2003, on the
economic policy package for pre- and post-IMF programs.
First, public and private partnerships (PPP) should be defined
by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) as soon as
possible. Second, the "stakeholder process" and partnerships
should be initiated by the National Development Planning
(BAPPENAS). Third, multi-sector projects should involve the
cooperation of the government and scientists, as well as
producers and consumers. Therefore, the government's long-term
vision should concern national and international resources and
development infrastructure.
