PALEMBANG, South Sumatra: Nokia Indonesia opened its second Nokia Care Center in Palembang on Friday with the aim of improving its customer service.

"We hope the presence of the care center in Palembang Square will strengthen our customer relations," said Jeffry Pribadi, marketing director of Nokia distributor PT Erajaya Swasembada.

Nokia has opened 23 care centers nationwide in major cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Denpasar, Makassar and Pekanbaru. The care centers provide after-sales service for Nokia users.
