Fitch Ratings opens Indonesia office JAKARTA: Global credit rating agency Fitch Ratings announced Monday that it had opened an Indonesian office, PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia, in Jakarta to take advantage of the country's growing bond market. Mar 21 18:00 Govt cancels power rate hike plan Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono here on Tuesday, announced that the government had decided not to increase the basic electricity tariff (TDL) and to encourage state electricity company PT PLN to continue serving the public efficiently. "The cabinet meeting decided not to increase the basic electricity tariff for 2006," the President said at a press conference at his office.
