During the meeting, the Youth Assembly affirmed its commitment to\ncollaborating with the Ministry of Manpower in supporting various\nstrategic programmes to accelerate the employment sector, particularly\nin enhancing the competence and readiness of the young generation to\nenter the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>The audience, led directly by Youth Assembly Founder Aidil Pananrang\nalongside the organisation\u2019s board, served as a moment to strengthen\nsynergy between the government and youth organisations in addressing\nemployment challenges, especially the mismatch between graduate\ncompetencies and industry needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Organisationally, the Youth Assembly fully supports the various\nprogrammes to be implemented by the Ministry of Manpower, especially the\n2026 National Internship Programme.
