        "content": "<p>Yogya tour turns sour<\/p>\n<p>We joined the four-day Bromo-Bali Tour organized by Yogya<br>\nRental Tour &amp; Travel, permit No. 34503\/AK84\/II\/90, on Jalan<br>\nPasarkembang 85-88 PH in Yogyakarta. Their service was<br>\ndisappointing.<\/p>\n<p>1. Four hours from Yogyakarta, our tourist bus' air<br>\nconditioner broke down. A bus of the same company in front of us<br>\nhad a non-functioning air conditioner too. There was no air<br>\nconditioning on the following days.<\/p>\n<p>2. The tour guide and the bus crew were unexperienced, unable<br>\nto give clear information and rude to the tourists. They smoked<br>\non the bus.<\/p>\n<p>3. The restaurants where the bus made stops were extremely<br>\nexpensive. The rooms in the Bromo House were low quality with no<br>\nfan and no hot water.
