        "content": "<p>YLKI responds<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI) I<br>\nwould  like to thank Mr. Indaryanto for his letter in The Jakarta<br>\nPost of Oct. 27 regarding the sale of SEA Games stickers.<\/p>\n<p>We understand what he means by the difficulty in reality to<br>\nrefuse the imposition of paying for SEA Games stickers when<br>\npaying power and telephone bills.<\/p>\n<p>I trust Mr. Indaryanto is aware that PLN's managing director<br>\nhas issued a circular letter No. 6733\/0053\/DIRUT\/1997\/M, saying<br>\nthat the purchase of SEA Games stickers is voluntary and those<br>\nwho object to buying them can refuse the offer.<\/p>\n<p>For other agencies, like Telkom, one can refuse to pay for<br>\nstickers, but this is limited to customers who pay direct at<br>\ncounters.
