        "content": "<p>YLKI opens holiday complaint centers<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI) has opened<br>\nthree centers for holidaymakers to file complaints on traveling<br>\nhome over Idul Fitri, including on the means of transportation<br>\nthey utilized and any problems they faced.<\/p>\n<p>The centers, which opened on Sunday, are located at: Kampung<br>\nRambutan bus terminal, East Jakarta; Lebak Bulus bus terminal,<br>\nSouth Jakarta; and Pasar Senen railway station, Central Jakarta.<br>\nThe centers will run from 8 a.m. on Nov. 7 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 13.<\/p>\n<p>Each center will be manned by two YLKI staffers, recognizable<br>\nin their YLKI T-shirts and caps.<\/p>\n<p>YLKI executive Sudaryatmo said on Sunday that complaints and<br>\nother feedback would be used to evaluate the government's<br>\nperformance in handling this year's Idul Fitri travel<br>\narrangements toward developing a better system next year.<\/p>\n<p>\"We will know from the complaints if the government has<br>\nhandled the mass travel better than in previous years, which will<br>\nbe measured against various parameters, including road accidents<br>\nand severe violations by transportation companies,\" he said. --<br>\nAntara<\/p>",
