Jakarta (ANTARA) - A series of legal developments yesterday (6 March)\ndrew attention, ranging from Delpedro and his co-defendants being\nacquitted of incitement in connection with the August riot that ended in\nclashes, to the KPK tracing assets related to the corruption case\ninvolving Fadia Arafiq.<\/p>\n

    Delpedro Marhaen, Executive Director of Lokataru Foundation, and his\nco-defendants were acquitted of charges of incitement connected with the\nAugust 2025 protest that ended in clashes, in a verdict handed down by\nthe panel of judges at the Central Jakarta District Court on Friday.\nBesides Delpedro, three other defendants acquitted by the panel were\nLokataru staff Muzaffar Salim, Gejayan Memanggil administrator Syahdan\nHusein, and administrator Khariq Anhar of the Alliance of Plaintiff\nStudents. \u201cThe defendants were not proven guilty of the offenses as\ncharged in the second, third and fourth alternative counts in the\nprosecution\u2019s indictment,\u201d said Chief Judge Harika Nova Yeri.<\/p>\n
