        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Former Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)\ninvestigator Praswad Nugraha has called on President Prabowo Subianto to\ninvestigate allegations of legal intervention in the transfer of custody\nfor former Minister of Religious Affairs (Menag) Yaqut Cholil\nQoumas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge President Prabowo Subianto to seriously investigate the\npossibility of intervention against the KPK that has caused violations\nof the system and integrity that have been maintained so far,\u201d said\nPraswad Nugraha, when contacted by Kompas.com on Monday (23\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Praswad stated that Prabowo needs to take serious action to prevent\ninterventions in the law enforcement process at the KPK.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, this moment is the right opportunity for Prabowo to\nshow his seriousness in efforts to eradicate corruption in\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK\u2019s decision to transfer Yaqut\u2019s detention to house arrest is\nconsidered an odd decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an event that has never happened throughout the history of\nthe KPK\u2019s existence.
