"summary": "Lawyers for former Religious Affairs Minister Yaqut Cholil Qoumas argued at a pretrial hearing that the KPK's expos\u00e9 minutes are not binding and should not be treated as evidence to name a suspect in the 2024 additional hajj quota case. They asserted the expos\u00e9 does not constitute formal documentary evidence and is not part of the standard instruments used in criminal proceedings, noting they only learned of its existence as the basis for investigators before any suspect designation. The team has submitted documents to the judge and pledged to challenge all KPK evidence in court.",
