        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - A member of the DPR\u2019s Commission III from the NasDem\nfaction, Rudianto Lallo, highlighted an unusual incident at the\nCorruption Eradication Commission (KPK) that has never occurred before.\nThe incident in question involves former Minister of Religious Affairs\nYaqut Cholil Qoumas, who was detained in the KPK\u2019s detention centre\nafter becoming a suspect in the Hajj quota corruption case, then\nsuddenly switched to house arrest ahead of Eid al-Fitr 2026, and has now\nbeen returned to the KPK detention centre. Nevertheless, Rudianto\npraised the KPK\u2019s positive action in returning Yaqut to the detention\ncentre, which aligns with public opinion. \u201cYes, because this has never\nhappened before; it\u2019s not normal. And now that the KPK has picked up the\nsuspect, the former minister, I think that\u2019s a very positive step to\nmaintain the integrity of the KPK institution,\u201d he added.
