PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) is deploying\napproximately 130 service centres and two dedicated service posts during\nthe 2026 Eid holiday exodus.<\/p>\n
During an iftar gathering in Jakarta on Friday, Hendra, Service\nManager at YIMM, stated that the company is mobilising some 130 service\ncentres across various regions of Indonesia from 16 to 22 March 2026 to\nserve customers undertaking long-distance travel during the holiday\nperiod.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe want to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable during their\nholiday journeys. Our network of authorised service centres on major\nroutes will continue operating, with some remaining open until late\nevening,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Yamaha is establishing two service posts at Ciwandan\nPort in Banten and Ketapang in Banyuwangi, operating from 13 to 20 March\n2026 to support customers travelling during the exodus.<\/p>\n
Hendra explained that the service posts are strategically located at\nentry and exit points from Java to manage anticipated traffic\ncongestion.<\/p>\n
The company is also implementing promotional service programmes for\ncustomers during the Eid holiday period. Yamaha is offering Rp10,000\ncashback in electronic credit for every engine oil purchase, available\nwithout a lottery mechanism. Customers need only register through the\nofficial Yamaha promotion website or present an already-registered\naccount.<\/p>\n
Yamaha is providing an additional 20 per cent discount on select\ncomponent purchases during March 2026. Following the holiday period, the\ncompany will offer Rp25,000 credit for customers using services at\nYamaha\u2019s authorised service network.<\/p>\n
Hendra noted that all information regarding the company\u2019s holiday\nprogrammes and services can be accessed through the MyYamaha\napplication. The application is equipped with an E-KSG feature\u2014an\nelectronic service record\u2014to help customers maintain a log of their\nvehicle maintenance history.<\/p>\n
