        "content": "<p>Wuling Motors is preparing a range of after-sales services to support\ncustomer travel during the 2026 Lebaran holiday period. The programme,\ntitled \u201cTenang Bersama Wuling\u201d (Calm Together with Wuling), includes a\nservice campaign, mudik posts, and a network of standby workshops\noperating across various regions.<\/p>\n<p>The programme was launched at a Media Iftar Gathering at Midaz\nSenayan Golf, Jakarta, on Friday, 13 March 2026. Through these services,\nWuling aims to ensure customer vehicles remain roadworthy during the\nLebaran holiday break.<\/p>\n<p>Maulana Hakim, Aftersales Director at Wuling Motors, stated that the\nprogramme encompasses a range of services available to Wuling vehicle\nowners, whether driving electric or conventional vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>One key offering is the \u201cTenang Bersama Wuling\u201d Service Campaign,\nrunning from 11\u201331 March 2026. During this period, customers can take\nadvantage of free vehicle inspections at Wuling service centres, as well\nas engine oil discounts of up to 25 per cent for conventional\nvehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Vehicle inspections cover essential components including tyres,\nlights, horns, windscreen wipers, interior fittings, batteries, and\nbraking systems. For electric vehicles, technicians also check the\nelectrical system and charging equipment, whilst vehicles with\nconventional fuel undergo inspection of the fuel system and engine\nbay.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Wuling has established six mudik posts along the\nTrans-Java Toll Road. These posts operate during the outbound rush\nperiod of 17\u201319 March and the return period of 26\u201328 March, positioned\nat rest areas in Cipali, Batang, and Ngawi. Available facilities include\nvehicle inspections, AC charging for electric vehicles, waiting areas,\nand light refreshments.<\/p>\n<p>The company is also deploying 45 workshops during the mudik period. A\ntotal of 23 dealers will operate 24 hours a day from 18\u201324 March across\nJava, Bali, Sumatra, and Sulawesi, whilst 22 other dealers will offer\neight-hour service windows from 19\u201323 March across cities in Java,\nSumatra, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond workshop services, customers can utilise Emergency Road\nAssistance (ERA) and towing services should they encounter difficulties\nduring their journey.
