        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Workers hope that the Work From Home (WFH)\npolicy implemented by the government every Friday to save energy can\nhave more days added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy hope is that the WFH can continue, hopefully the days can be\nincreased in a week, from just one day to two days a week,\u201d said one\nprivate sector worker named Sabila (27) when interviewed by Kompas.com\nin the Manggarai area, South Jakarta, on Monday (4\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>By working from home, Sabila feels she can get a new atmosphere and\nnot feel too bored in the office.<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, she also feels comfortable working from home because\nshe can take care of her young child who is still a toddler at the same\ntime.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, Sabila feels that coming to the office is still\nnecessary to maintain productivity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause if it\u2019s full WFH, it\u2019s actually less effective,\u201d she\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>She admitted that her work focus at home often breaks because her\ndaughter is always curious about what her parents are doing.<\/p>\n<p>Not infrequently, Sabila\u2019s laptop, which is being used for work, is\ntaken over by her daughter.<\/p>\n<p>To work comfortably, she usually takes time to put her daughter to\nsleep according to the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>While her daughter is sleeping, Sabila can rush through all her work\nso that it can be completed on time.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, one Civil Servant (ASN) named Kiky (29) hopes that the WFH\nprogramme can be implemented flexibly and proportionately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope WFH can continue to be implemented flexibly and\nproportionately, like now which is only one day a week,\u201d said Kiky when\ncontacted by Kompas.com on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>This is because, even with WFH, ASNs are still required to work\noptimally and routinely carry out online attendance.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Kiky, who works in public relations, must always be on\nstandby in front of her phone, because she is worried about sudden\nassignments.<\/p>",
