        "content": "<p>The Wonogiri Police Criminal Investigation Unit has named Bripka E\n(37), a member of the Wonogiri Police in Central Java, a suspect in a\nsexual violence case. The alleged victim is N (19), the daughter of a\ncolleague of Bripka E. Wonogiri Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head\nIptu Agung Sedewo stated that the police received a report regarding the\nalleged sexual violence committed by Bripka E on Friday, 17 July 2026.\n\u201cWe received an initial report on Friday, 17 July, that a child of a\nWonogiri Police member had become a victim of sexual harassment\nperpetrated by a colleague or someone sharing an office with the\nvictim\u2019s father,\u201d he said during an interview on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.\nHe added that after receiving the report, his team immediately conducted\nan investigation and examination of Bripka E as the alleged perpetrator.\n\u201cThen on 18 July 2026, we named the individual a suspect,\u201d Agung said.\nAccording to Agung, Bripka E has admitted to his actions and wrongdoing.\nFurthermore, the Wonogiri Police Criminal Investigation Unit has\ngathered sufficient evidence to name Bripka E a suspect. \u201cWe are\napplying the Sexual Violence Crime Law, which carries a maximum penalty\nof 15 years in prison,\u201d he stated. Agung explained that based on the\ninvestigation, the case began when Bripka E and N engaged in\nconversation via an instant messaging application. Bripka E was the one\nwho first asked for N\u2019s mobile phone number. \u201cThe perpetrator used the\npretext of luring the victim by promising to provide solutions to the\nvictim\u2019s life problems,\u201d Agung said.<\/p>",
