They
even see their doctors to have their organs examined so their
husbands can not find any trace of wrongdoing," Boyke, who is
also a gynecologist, told a meeting held by a midwives
association in Tangerang, West Java on Saturday.

Boyke said he rarely found men did the same in order to hide
affairs.

He said most women, who saw him for consultation after having
sex with other partners, were under 40 years of age. The opposite
trend applies to men, Boyke said.

"An uncontrolled emotional void is the major reason for
married people to have an affair. They say their husbands no longer pay
attention to them," he said.

He said men could avoid loneliness because "they are more
outspoken in expressing their thoughts".
