JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - An administrative staff member at one of the\nSpecial Schools (SLB) Dwi Ariyanti acknowledged that she allowed the\nformer Sub\u2011Coordinator of Partnerships and Occupational Health Personnel\nat the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker), Anitasari Kusumawati, to use\nher bank account to hold a sum of money related to the alleged extortion\ncase over processing the K3 certificate.<\/p>\n
Her statement was delivered as Dwi Ariyanti gave testimony as a\nwitness in a trial regarding the alleged corruption in extorting the\nprocessing of the K3 certificate with the defendant Anitasari\nKusumawati.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhy would a witness allow Anita Sari\u2019s account to be used for that\namount? And it happened repeatedly up to billions,\u201d asked the Prosecutor\n(JPU) from the KPK during the continued hearing at the Central Jakarta\nDistrict Court (PN) of the Corruption Court, Friday (6\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n
Then the Prosecutor (JPU) from the KPK asked Dwi whether she did not\nsuspect that Anita\u2019s actions violated the law.<\/p>\n
\u201cDid you not think that this was something illegal?\u201d asked the\nProsecutor.<\/p>\n
\u201cNot,\u201d she replied.<\/p>\n
Hearing this answer, the Panel of Judges at PN Tipikor asked the\nProsecutor to show one of the transfer proofs from Dwi\u2019s account.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is one,\u201d she answered.<\/p>\n
\u201cThen whose money is it?\u201d asked the panel.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom Bu Anita, it means,\u201d replied Dwi.<\/p>\n
In this case, the former Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenaker)\nImmanuel Ebenezer alias Noel and his accomplices are charged with\nreceiving Rp 6.5 billion from extorting applicants for K3 certificates\nand licenses.<\/p>\n
This was stated by the Prosecutor in the first indictment in the\ncorruption case of extortion in processing K3 certificates at the\nCentral Jakarta District Court, Monday (19\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n
The Prosecutor stated that Noel himself received Rp 3,365,000,000 and\n1 unit Ducati Scrambler motorcycle with Police Number B 4225 SUQ from\ncivil servants at the Ministry and other private parties in this\ncase.<\/p>\n
The Prosecutor said Noel did not report the receipt to the KPK within\n30 days as required under the Corruption Eradication Law.<\/p>\n
For his actions, Noel is charged under Article 12 letter e in\nconjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law together\nwith Article 20 letter c of the Penal Code in conjunction with Article\n127 paragraph (1) of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n
