The case ended in an amicable settlement with all police\nreports withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>According to today\u2019s meeting, those present included Mr Z and his\nwife Ms ES, as well as Ms NA and Mr KDH. The four parties attended and\nsubsequently reached a peace agreement. In the peace agreement, as\ndiscussed, each party has withdrawn their respective police reports.<\/p>\n<p>Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the head of the Public Information Bureau of\nthe Indonesian Police\u2019s Public Relations Division, told reporters on\nSunday (8 March 2026) that the parties had agreed to remove content\nrelated to the theft case from social media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThus, in the mediation records, and subsequently withdrawals, all\npresent here have removed the content from their respective social media\nin line with the peace agreement,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The couple and Nabilah were named as suspects in the mutual-report\ncase. He said that the status of suspects has lapsed in the legal\nprocess following the mediation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, there has been a process signed in relation to the reports; we\nare delivering justice to both sides,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndeed, the withdrawals themselves provide justice for the parties\ninvolved, particularly for both sides.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is known that the married couple and the owner of a Kemang\nrestaurant in South Jakarta had filed mutual reports against each other\nin a case of alleged food theft. The police are handling the case.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on Thursday (19\/9) at the restaurant owned by\nNabilah O\u2019Brien. The alleged theft was captured on CCTV and the video\nwent viral on social media.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged theft began when the couple Z and E visited the\nrestaurant owned by Nabilah O\u2019Brien. They subsequently ordered 11 meals\nand three drinks valued at a total of Rp 530,150.<\/p>",
