        "content": "<p>Widayat holds solo exhibition<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Noted painter Widayat, who turned 77 on March<br>\n23, is scheduled to hold a solo exhibition at Galeri Santi, Jl.<br>\nBenda No. 4 in Kemang, South Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The display is scheduled to be opened by local tycoon James<br>\nRiady and painting collector Oei Hong Djien on April 30.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6<br>\np.m. everyday until May 12.<\/p>\n<p>Widayat, regarded by some as the country's most prominent<br>\npainter after Affandi, will feature 50 of his oils, watercolors,<br>\nacrylics and drawings.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition will also commemorate the second anniversary of<br>\nthe Widayat Museum in the village of Mungkid, Borobudur, Central<br>\nJava.<\/p>\n<p>The Yogyakarta-based Widayat has received eight awards for his<br>\ncontribution to the arts.
