        "content": "<p>The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has stated that it did\nnot search the office of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial\nPlanning\/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN), Nusron Wahid,\nduring searches conducted at the Ministry of ATR\/BPN on Thursday, 17\nSeptember 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor now, the searches are being carried out in three offices of the\nDirectors General (Dirjen) and related directorate rooms,\u201d said KPK\nSpokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK Red and White Building, Jakarta,\non Thursday, 17 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Budi noted that the three rooms involved are those of the Director\nGeneral of Land and Spatial Order Control and Enforcement, Lampri; the\nDirector General of Land and Spatial Survey, Mapping, and Management,\nVirgo Eresta Jaya; and the Director General of Land Rights Determination\nand Registration, Asnaedi.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, he hinted that the searches conducted by the KPK this\nThursday are merely the beginning of further searches related to the\nalleged bribery case within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are awaiting developments based on investigative needs, as this\nis the first search activity since the case proceeded to the\ninvestigation stage,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) in the\nJabodetabek area on 14 September 2026. This operation was linked to\nalleged corruption in the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT\nSummarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java.<\/p>\n<p>A day later, the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the\nalleged bribery case within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN. The suspects\ninclude the Director General of Land and Spatial Order Control and\nEnforcement at the Ministry of ATR\/BPN, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor I\nRegency Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung; the President Director of PT\nSummarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; and Rizal Pahlevi,\nrepresenting the private sector\/intermediary for Summarecon.<\/p>\n<p>Other suspects include the former Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto;\nthe Chairman of the Golkar Party DPP, Fahd El Fouz, also known as Fahd\nArafiq; and private individuals named Erwin and Muhammad Fakhry. The\nlatter four are alleged to be trusted associates of Minister of ATR\/BPN\nNusron Wahid.<\/p>",
