\nto implement a concept. Why? Mostly because there are gaps

As far as a sports fund is concerned, our national sources are
\ngreat. Whenever there is a fund raising drive for certain
\npurposes, billions of rupiah can be collected in a matter of
\nminutes. The question is how to tap that national potential.
\nBased on this reality, a sports fund can be raised through the
\nsame official mechanism. The community is only too willing to
\ncontribute, providing it is sure that the funds collected are
\nproperly and openly administered. Only through that conviction
\nwill people be free of pessimism over the way the fund is
\nmanaged.<\/p>\n
