The process of applying for a schedule change\ndirectly can be done at the station counter a maximum of 15 minutes\nafter the departure schedule. Therefore, Eva advised passengers to head\nto the counter immediately if they experience delays.<\/p>\n<p>The rescheduling service can also be done online through the Whoosh\napplication.
