Where to toss a diaper at Citos?<\/p>\n
As one of the malls frequently visited by families and that
\noften holds events for kids and families, Cilandak Town Square
\napparently does not care enough to provide even basic facilities
\nfor its many young visitors.<\/p>\n
First of all, there are no elevators in Citos despite the many
\nvisitors coming with babies and toddlers in strollers. This, of
\ncourse, makes the journey upstairs and downstairs uncomfortable
\nand dangerous as the adults have to push and hold their strollers
\non the escalators.<\/p>\n
Another sign of the management's ignorance is the pathetic
\ncondition of the mothers room. It is very small, hot and
\nseparated by only a pair of curtains from the outside, in spite
\nof the fact that nursing mothers need more privacy than that.
\nSecondly, it is located in the noisiest spot in the mall, above
\nthe lobby, where events are usually held. Amazingly, the mothers
\nroom does not have a garbage bin or a sink! It seems the mall
\nmanagement is awfully inconsiderate and\/or unaware of the basic
\nneeds of its clientele.<\/p>\n
For such a popular mall I am continually amazed at these basic
\nshortcomings at Citos. I, and countless other mothers of young
\nchildren, would be very grateful if the management were to
\ninstall an elevator and upgrade the mothers room. At least
\nprovide us with a bin!<\/p>\n
