Coordinating Minister for the\nEconomy Airlangga Hartarto said that the certainty of the work-from-home\npolicy is currently still in the discussion stage and not final. \u201cThere\nis still discussion. Not final,\u201d he told the media at the Coordinating\nMinistry for the Economy office in Jakarta on Thursday (26\/3\/2026). When\nasked when the policy announcement would be enforced, Airlangga said,\n\u201cYes, it will be announced later.\u201d The government has proposed a Work\nFrom Home or WFH policy for one day a week to save on fuel consumption\namid global turmoil. This WFH implementation plan was discussed in a\nmeeting led by Coordinating Minister Airlangga yesterday via video\nconference.
