        "content": "<p>Wheatflour mills expanded<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Bogasari Flour Mills, a unit of the<br>\nIndocement group, is expanding the annual capacity of its mills<br>\nin Jakarta and Surabaya each by 365,000 tons.<\/p>\n<p>Bogasari's Director Franciscis Welirang said the expansion<br>\nprojects, scheduled to be completed later this year, will<br>\nincrease the capacity of the wheatflour mill in Jakarta to two<br>\nmillion tons and the one in Surabaya to 1.3 million tons.<\/p>\n<p>The expansion, he added, is needed to meet the domestic flour<br>\ndemand which is estimated to grow by more than 10 percent a year.<br>\nTotal demand this year is estimated at 2.8 million tons, of which<br>\n85 percent will be supplied by Bogasari and the other 15 percent<br>\nby PT Berdikari Sari Utama in Ujungpandang, South Sulawesi.<\/p>\n<p>\"Bogasari will continue expanding its milling  capacity to a<br>\ntotal of four million tons by the year 2000,\" Welirang said.(vin)<\/p>",
