        "content": "<p>The West Lombok Regency Government (Pemkab) has opened complaint\nreception for holiday allowances (Tunjangan Hari Raya\/THR) for Eid Fitri\n2026 for workers, available both offline and online. An offline\ncomplaint post has been set up at the Office of the Department of\nIndustry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Labour of West\nLombok.<\/p>\n<p>Regent of West Lombok Lalu Ahmad Zaini stated that the post was\nestablished to oversee the distribution of THR to workers in West\nLombok. \u201cI have already arranged this,\u201d he said on Friday, 13 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the offline complaint post, Zaini noted that workers can also\nfile reports through the West Lombok Regency Government\u2019s social media\naccounts or his personal accounts on Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zaini, online complaints are more effective than offline\ncomplaint posts. He promised to follow up on reports as quickly as\npossible or forward them directly to the relevant regional\norganisational units (OPD).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust submit complaints to me, it\u2019s the same. Even if there is a\ncomplaint post with no one manning it, it is ineffective. Submit\ndirectly to me. The substance is what matters,\u201d Zaini explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always open social media at all times. Even if I do not respond, I\nwill certainly forward it directly to the relevant department head.\nThrough any means (Instagram or Facebook), as long as I receive the\ninformation, I will follow it up immediately,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Zaini pledged to take action against unscrupulous companies in West\nLombok that fail to distribute or unlawfully deduct THR from their\nworkers. \u201cThat is not allowed.
