        "content": "<p>West Lombok Deputy Regent Nurul Adha has been questioned by\ninvestigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The\nexamination is strongly suspected to be linked to the case of the\ninactive West Lombok Regent, Lalu Ahmad Zaini, who was caught in a sting\noperation by the KPK some time ago.<\/p>\n<p>Nurul Adha underwent the questioning at the office of the Financial\nand Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) for West Nusa Tenggara on\nThursday (13\/8\/2026). The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) politician\nnodded when asked by journalists about his attendance regarding the\ninvestigation into the case ensnaring LAZ. \u2018Just the usual, being asked\nfor information,\u2019 Nurul Adha said briefly as he walked away.<\/p>\n<p>KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo has not yet responded to requests for\nconfirmation regarding the examination of Nurul Adha. The Head of\nGeneral Affairs for the BPKP NTB Representative Office, Temmy Pratama,\nconfirmed the loan of a room to the KPK but declined to comment on the\nsubstance of the investigation. \u2018What we can inform you is that last\nweek a letter came in from the KPK regarding the room loan. We plan to\nprovide it until Wednesday next week,\u2019 Temmy stated, adding that the\nBPKP was not informed about the details of the witness examination.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK previously conducted a sting operation against LAZ at his\nofficial residence on Monday (20\/7). A total of 19 people were detained\nduring the operation, though investigators ultimately named three\nsuspects: LAZ, the President Director of PT Air Minum Giri Menang\nSudirman, and the President Director of PT Meconel Sistim Instrument\nAlvonsus Gani. LAZ is suspected of accepting bribes related to several\nprojects in West Lombok and of having a conflict of interest in the\nprocurement of goods and services. In the case construction, LAZ\nallegedly ordered the Head of the West Lombok Public Works and Spatial\nPlanning Department, Lalu Ratnawi, to assist Sudirman in obtaining\ngovernment projects. Sudirman then allegedly used CV Dyas Karya\nKonstruksi as a project pool by borrowing the names of other companies\nto ensure the firm was not recorded as the winning bidder. The KPK\nsuspects that tender requirements were rigged so that companies used by\nSudirman would win projects worth Rp 17.9 billion through both tenders\nand direct appointments. These projects included the rehabilitation of\nGerung City Park in 2025, valued at Rp 2.3 billion, and a second phase\nof rehabilitation in 2026, valued at Rp 4.3 billion, making the Giri\nMenang City Park one of the projects included in the KPK\u2019s case\nconstruction.<\/p>",
