Head of Public Relations for the\nWest Java Police, Commissioner Hendra Rochmawan, stated that this fact\nemerged from investigators\u2019 examinations after CCTV footage circulated\non social media showing TH entering a lodging with a woman. \u201cThe\nindividual concerned admitted it, but he forgot the date and time.\nHowever, the person in the CCTV footage is indeed him, TH,\u201d Hendra said\nin Bandung on Thursday. Hendra confirmed that the incident occurred\nwhile the victim was still under the suspect\u2019s control and is believed\nto have still been confined and abused. \u201cIn terms of the timeline, the\nvictim was still in his control. This was clearly a \u2018diversion\u2019 he\nengaged in while carrying out the confinement and severe abuse of the\nvictim,\u201d Hendra said. He added that investigators are still looking into\nother circulating information, including allegations that TH took the\nmobile phone belonging to his date and that the hotel bill had not been\npaid by the suspect. \u201cWe are still investigating these related matters\nbecause we have not yet questioned him about them,\u201d he said. TH was\npreviously named a suspect in the confinement and abuse case against\nYTR, which allegedly lasted for about three years in a boarding house in\nthe Cileunyi area, Bandung Regency.
