        "content": "<p>During Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) 2026, Telkomsel reaffirmed its\n\u2018Melayani Sepenuh Hati\u2019 commitment so that customers in West Java\n(Jabar) and surrounding areas can observe Ramadan wholeheartedly.\nCustomers will be reassured by 24\/7 customer service, and will have a\nmore memorable experience with a range of special RAFI offers from\nTelkomsel, as well as safer connectivity with Telkomsel\u2019s leading and\nwidest coverage at every important moment of worship, family gathering,\nand travel during Mudik.<\/p>\n<p>Telkomsel projects that the peak payload in the Jabar region will\nreach around 5.52 PB, an increase of about 15.7% compared to normal days\nthis RAFI period, as customers\u2019 digital activities span categories\n(video streaming, communications, games, online shopping and social\nmedia). The highest growth in customers is predicted in the city of\nKuningan at 64%.<\/p>\n<p>General Manager Region Network Operations and Productivity Jabar\nTelkomsel, Danny Agus Triawan, explained Telkomsel wants customers to\nfeel calm because the network is strong and reliable.
