        "content": "<p>TO provide comfort, safety and information during the Eid homecoming\nseason, the West Java Provincial Communication and Information Office is\nmaximising the Sapawarga Super Apps application.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough the Sapawarga application, the public can access current\ninformation about homecoming in West Java as well as safe homecoming\nroutes. We are focused on providing more accurate information,\nespecially regarding safe and smooth homecoming routes, free homecoming\nprogrammes, and integration with traffic monitoring through CCTV,\u201d\nexplained the Head of the West Java Provincial Communication and\nInformation Office, Adi Komar.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, Sapawarga is also the booking application for free\nhomecoming tickets to be implemented by the West Java Provincial\nGovernment. Free homecoming ticket reservations can be made from 11\nFebruary to 12 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen registering, travellers only need to enter personal data such\nas name, identity card number (NIK), address, family card number, date\nof birth and departure route. Selection of departure date is done when\nactivating the ticket on 1-12 March 2026,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Diskominfo, continued Adi, will also maximise the Command Centre as a\ncentre for managing homecoming route information using CCTV along\nhomecoming and tourism routes in West Java. By utilising CCTV, the most\naccurate information can be obtained immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Command Centre will be very beneficial for the public and field\nofficers for monitoring and making appropriate decisions regarding\nhomecoming journey conditions in 1447 Hijriah,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Head of the West Java Provincial Transportation Office\n(Dishub), Dhani Gumelar, stated that the 2026 Free Homecoming programme\nwill depart on 13, 14 and 15 March 2026 from several locations including\nLeuwipanjang Terminal (Bandung), Cikarang Terminal and Bekasi City.<\/p>\n<p>The West Java Provincial Government, together with Jasa Raharja, is\npreparing a quota of 3,040 free homecoming tickets by engaging several\nbus operators such as Sugeng Rahayu, Damri, Sinar Jaya, Primajasa and\nMGI. A total of 74 buses will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough the 2026 Free Homecoming Programme, the West Java Provincial\nGovernment provides routes both within and outside West Java Province.\nThe free homecoming programme is open to all residents from and living\nin West Java who wish to return to their hometowns,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Dhani added that the bus fleet to be used has met safety standards\nprepared through technical inspections (ramp checks) before departure.\nDrivers and crew are also ensured to be in good health and ready to\nserve passengers during the journey.<\/p>",
